Dear Friends and Neighbors,

This year marks my 31st year in the automotive industry and I have never been prouder to be part of the automotive company that's driving a brighter future.

I am proud to provide good-paying jobs and benefits to so many people right here in our community.

I am proud and grateful to sell and service the full line of Ford Lincoln and Mercury cars, trucks, SUVs and crossovers.  These are some of the finest vehicles on the road today.  And today the future is brighter than ever.

We're proud to say that no other company has earned more IIHS Top Saftey Pick and NHTSA 5 Star ratings.

This spring for example, we will debut the all-new 2010 41 mpg Ford Fusion Hybrid in our showroom.  It will be the most fuel-effiecient midsize sedan out there.  Keep a sharp eye out for the arrival of our new luxury 7 passenger crossovers, Lincoln MKT, our totally redesigned 2010 Mustang and the Fiesta from Europe that has got the press all excited.

I would like to personally thank our many friends for the help you have given in our achievement of the highest recognition available from the Ford Motor Co., The President's Award for customer satisfaction.  My team is truly committed to doing things right, making friends and developing trusting relationships.
